PROBLEM & OBJECTIVE
As part of Cinemax's rebranding strategy, I was asked to propose a native app design, incorporating promotional content and advertising, working with the new brand book to incorporate design elements and maintain consistency.
The business objective was to gain more subscribers and grow revenue through Ads.

My team and I brainstormed the sections and workflow needed in the app. This was the final list:
• Home Screen • Shows List • Program Content (Product Info) • Popular (Most Viewed Videos) • Schedule
• Search • Social Media • Settings
As far as look, the brand wanted to display a lot of full screen images, full screen videos, and have linkage to the channel's official app to be able to watch full content.
Shows List - Highlighting featured content of the month (Left)/ Home - Featured movies and series with direct access to the trailer (Right).
Program Content - Videos section. iPad and iPhone view.
Program Content - Schedule (Left)/ Program Information and synopsis (Right).
Most Viewed - Top 3 most viewed videos in bigger thumbnails at the top, scroll left and right. The rest of the most viewed videos at the bottom in smaller thumbnails, scroll up and down (Left)/ Video full-screen mode (Right).
Channel's full schedule with the option to set up alarms and access to a brief synopsis.
